Ankita Jagtiani

Ankita, is an International Coach Federation accredited Life & Youth Leadership Coach. She is the founder of Ankita Jagtiani Coaching, an Entrepreneur and Speaker. She started her professional journey in 2012 after she completed her Bachelors in Mass Media. She worked with corporate event agencies where she curated and executed conferences, sales meets, offsite etc.

She then moved onto combining her interest with her work profile and joined the hospitality industry where she was the Business Development manager for multiple brands in the organisation. Her journey in coaching began in 2018, when she had a breakthrough after a casual conversation where she found her much awaited answer of ‘what is her true purpose?’

In 2019, she founded Ankita Jagtiani Coaching with the aim to create leaders from the time they enter the workforce and not wait until they reach a CXO position. Through her past experience, she carried a challenge that she wanted to solve. The challenge of ‘people being promoted to leadership positions because of their professional capabilities only.’

She is focused on coaching young professionals to master the skill of managing people and being a true and empathetic leader.
