Tanvi is a food enthusiast and a self taught ice cream mogul, thriving everyday with the entrepreneurial bug.

She has varied experience, with an education in engineering, and work experience as a hedge fund trader on Wall Street. She's using her skills and passion as an entrepreneur in the F&B Industry.

She manufactures a range of products under the ice cream umbrella. The range varies from sinful indulgence to guilt-free indulgence for the conscious consumer. She also makes ice cream to cater to different dietary needs like vegan/plant based, gluten-free diets, keto diets and diabetes. These ice creams are accessible to everyone through online and offline FMCG distribution channels under the brand name Papacream.

Tanvi was the recipient of the Times Women Entrepreneur Awards 2019 (Food Category) and PETA India Food Awards for the 'Best Vegan Ice cream'.
