Shreh Madan’s journey is a compelling blend of passion, grit, and creative ambition. What began behind the counter of a small smoothie bar has evolved into one of India’s most exciting food stories. A Springdales alumnus with a BSc in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Oxford Brookes University, Shreh’s fascination with global food giants- especially their ability to deliver consistency at scale—inspired him to dream bigger.
From bartending in Delhi to training at Radisson Edwardian in London, and later launching a café in Indore, his early experiences shaped an instinct for flavour, hospitality, and smart business. In 2015, this instinct led him to transform London Grill into Burgrill, pioneering a ‘mass premium’ burger category and redefining India’s burger culture.
Today, Shreh leads Burgrill’s innovation, collaborations, and brand strategy while exploring new ventures like a coffee concept. Adventurous, curious, and endlessly driven, he continues building not just a brand— but a legacy powered by purpose and creativity.
