Akash Zaveri, co-founder of Plix, a leading plant-based wellness brand acquired by Marico, is recognized by BW as one of the 30 Under 30. Based in Mumbai, he champions a plant-based revolution in health and wellness.

At 23, Akash launched Plix (originally Olena) with interns from Internshala. Despite early challenges, his determination led to rapid learning and growth. In 2020, he partnered with Rishubh Satiya, propelling Plix forward. By 2021, they raised $4 million in venture capital and achieved a 35 crore ARR as a bootstrapped startup.

Akash achieved one of the largest D2C exits in India. His journey highlights the importance of creativity, progress over perfection, and hands-on learning, inspiring aspiring founders to persevere with visionary partnerships and relentless determination.
